Located on a remote island and catering to high-net-worth individuals, this role requires a hands-on leader with in-depth experience across both front and back of house operations. You’ll ensure seamless guest experiences, manage high service standards, and coordinate the daily running of multiple luxury villas while working in close partnership with a wider hospitality team. The role requires calm confidence under pressure, a natural eye for detail, and an understanding of the expectations of elite clientele.

As Villa Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the full guest journey, ensuring an elevated standard from pre-arrival to departure. You’ll lead the villa teams on service execution, maintenance coordination, guest requests, and housekeeping operations. A strong presence both in front and back of house will be essential as you manage guest interactions, anticipate their needs, and guarantee that all operational aspects of the villa stay aligned with the highest standards of luxury. Adaptability, discretion, and polished communication are key to success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years’ experience in a similar villa or boutique hotel operations role

Proven ability to work with HNWIs and deliver highly personalised service

Solid knowledge of both front and back of house operations

Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure
Salary $48k-54k + Housing + Flights + Service charge
