Training & Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Training & Development Manager to join a luxury Caribbean resort. This leadership role is ideal for a learning and development professional who is passionate about developing talent, driving service excellence, and creating a culture of continuous learning within a five-star hospitality environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the resort's learning and development strategy, overseeing onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, departmental trainer programmes, compliance training, and performance improvement initiatives. You will partner with department heads to identify development opportunities, design impactful learning programmes, and ensure colleagues at every level are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also manage training budgets, coordinate internal and external learning activities, monitor training compliance, evaluate programme effectiveness, and support the continuous development of leaders and future talent across the resort.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+years' Learning & Development experience in luxury hospitality

Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or a related field

Experience delivering leadership and talent development programmes
