You will play a key role in the pre-opening phase, helping to build the spa concept, recruit and train the team, and establish standards that reflect a world-class luxury offering.
You will manage the full spa operation, including team leadership, treatment standards, guest experience, and day-to-day operations. The role includes overseeing bookings, retail, and revenue performance, while ensuring a seamless and relaxing guest journey at every touchpoint.
You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, maintaining high service standards, and working closely with senior management to deliver a consistent and exceptional wellness offering.
Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience as a Spa Manager within a luxury or boutique hospitality environment

Pre-opening experience within a luxury resort setting (essential)

Fluency in three European languages, with German strongly preferred

Strong leadership skills with a passion for wellness and guest experience
