GH Executive are seeking a Sous Chef who will support the Executive Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and inspire the culinary team.

In this role, you will work alongside the Executive Chef to plan, prepare, and execute menus to a consistently high standard. You will supervise and train members of the kitchen brigade, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets quality expectations. The Sous Chef is also responsible for maintaining strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, safeguarding the highest levels of operational integrity. A key part of the position is to contribute to cost control and inventory management, supporting the Executive Chef in monitoring supplies, reducing waste, and ensuring efficiency within the kitchen.

Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior culinary role in a high-quality kitchen

Strong knowledge of international and regional cuisine

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards

Excellent team leadership and communication skills
