This role is responsible for managing wine programs across seven outlets in a Forbes-rated 5-star resort in St Lucia, providing an exceptional beverage experience for discerning guests. You will advise guests, curate wine selections, and ensure staff are trained in wine service and pairings.
You will maintain wine inventories, oversee cellar management, and collaborate with culinary teams to enhance the overall guest dining experience. This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, passion, and a deep understanding of wine.

Qualifications/Experience:

5 + years’ experience as a Sommelier in luxury or high-end resorts

Extensive wine knowledge, including pairing, storage, and service standards
