We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Revenue & Yield Manager to join a luxury Caribbean resort. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall rooms revenue performance through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution optimisation across all channels.
The successful candidate will oversee the resort’s revenue strategy, ensuring maximum profitability through dynamic pricing, rate integrity, and channel management. Working closely with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and the Executive Team, this role will lead forecasting, reporting, wholesale contracting, and commercial analysis to support business growth and market competitiveness.

This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong systems expertise, particularly within luxury hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing PMS, CRS, RMS, OTA connectivity, and multi-channel distribution strategies while maintaining seamless system accuracy and commercial performance.
The role will also take ownership of wholesale and consortia relationships, annual contracting, and partner negotiations, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and overall resort strategy. Strong leadership skills are essential, alongside the ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and adapt quickly within a fast-paced luxury resort operation.
Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management within a luxury resort or hotel environment

• Expert knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, SynXis, and revenue management systems

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities

• Caribbean experience highly desirable
