You will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience. The role includes leading and developing the team, maintaining service standards, managing reservations and service flow, and working closely with the kitchen to deliver a cohesive offering. You will also be responsible for driving performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Experience:

  •  Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end environment

  • Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and service style preferred

  • Excellent leadership and team development skills

  • Ability to manage a busy service with attention to detail
