As Resort Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of every aspect of the property, including the Front Desk, Concierge, Spa, Gym, Food & Beverage outlets, Events and Functions, Kitchen, Dive Shop, Housekeeping (with Public Areas and Laundry), Maintenance, Landscaping, Property Upkeep, and Security. You will be expected to drive financial performance by controlling costs, increasing revenue opportunities, and implementing effective strategic planning. In addition, you will ensure that service excellence is consistently delivered across all departments, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores. A central part of the role will also be developing and supporting your team—providing training, encouraging motivation, and building a positive workplace culture that fosters growth, retention, and long-term success.

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience in resort or hotel management

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and reporting
