This pivotal role works closely with department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational and service standards. The Resort Manager will oversee budgets, financial performance, and staff development, ensuring the property runs seamlessly while fostering a culture of excellence, care, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an in-depth understanding of luxury hospitality operations and a proven track record in managing ultra-luxury brands or independent properties.

Responsibilities will consist of, leading, mentoring, and collaborating with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Implement policies, procedures, and service standards in alignment with resort objectives. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service, prompt resolution of issues, and personalised experiences. Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability. Coordinate marketing, promotional, and guest engagement activities to increase occupancy. Conduct regular inspections to maintain resort facilities and service excellence. Represent the resort as a visible, approachable leader, interacting with guests and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ experience in luxury resort management, with exposure to at least three luxury or ultra-luxury brands or independent properties

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and guest service skills with a strong understanding of hospitality best practices

Proven ability to manage brand consistency across departments in a high-end environment
Salary $80-90k + housing + flights
