This client-facing role supports the Real Estate Director in executing the sales strategy, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional service to prospective homeowners. You will manage CRM records, conduct tours, assist with documentation, and act as a confident and polished representative of the brand. You will manage lead inquiries, maintain CRM systems, conduct property tours, and support both onsite and offsite marketing efforts. You'll assist in the closing process, coordinate with legal teams, and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering protocols. A collaborative team spirit and strong attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships with prospective owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years' experience in luxury sales, real estate, or branded residences

Salary $80k USD + Housing + Flights + Commission
