At GH Executive we are looking for a Property Services Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of villa and property services, including maintenance and housekeeping, across luxury properties. The Property Services Director will ensure the highest standards of service, upkeep, and guest satisfaction. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role will involve managing multiple teams, including Property Managers, Villa Managers, the Housekeeping Manager, and the Facilities Manager, to guarantee that operations run seamlessly.

This position will be responsible for all aspects of property and villa management, including the upkeep of villas and common areas to meet luxury standards. The Property Services Director will oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all facilities, including HVAC systems and pools, are in optimal working condition. A key focus will be directing housekeeping operations to maintain immaculate cleanliness and service for both guest accommodations and common areas.

The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. They will also ensure that both guests and homeowners receive personalised, responsive service by maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns promptly. As part of the leadership team, the Property Services Director will oversee budgeting for maintenance, housekeeping, and other property services, ensuring that operations are cost-effective while maintaining quality. The role will also require the development of operational systems, policies, and regular inspections to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years experience in luxury property management or related fields.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Expertise in budget management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency in luxury properties.

Caribbean Experience preferred
Salary $100-120k + Flights + Housing + Food + Commission
