GH Executive has a rare opportunity that has arisen for a technically skilled Property Engineer to join a world-class team managing a portfolio of private luxury estates in the Caribbean. This hands-on role will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations, systems management, and preventative maintenance across high-end residential villas. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in MEP systems, property or facilities engineering, and demonstrate the ability to manage both internal teams and external vendors to maintain properties to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of several private villas, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and maintained to the highest standards. This includes performing regular inspections, identifying issues proactively, and managing a team of technicians and approved third-party vendors. You'll oversee the operation and upkeep of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, and smart home technologies, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing emergencies, and ensuring all safety checks and preventative maintenance protocols are followed.
This role also includes collaborating closely with construction and development teams during villa handovers, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and controlling inventory related to furnishings and technical equipment. Additionally, you'll ensure vendor performance meets quality expectations, maintain clear documentation, and play a key role in protecting the properties during severe weather conditions.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years in property maintenance or MEP systems within a luxury hospitality/residential setting

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems & smart home tech

Proven experience managing vendors and service contracts

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management preferred
