This role requires a confident, charismatic individual with a proven background in timeshare and vacation ownership sales, particularly within luxury resort environments. You’ll be instrumental in showcasing the value of ownership at our breathtaking Caribbean property, while mentoring a team of high-performing sales professionals. A deep understanding of guest psychology, the ability to lead by example, and the drive to exceed targets are essential for this position.

In this role, you will lead by example in conducting sales presentations and property tours, delivering exceptional guest experiences that communicate the value of vacation ownership. You'll mentor and coach a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on luxury service and ethical sales practices. You’ll maintain expert knowledge of all product offerings, develop tailored strategies to meet individual buyer needs, and follow up on leads to close deals. This role also involves supporting the department’s financial goals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current owners.

Qualifications/Experience:

2+ years of experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales in a managerial or supervisory role

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills
