The Pool & Beach Manager is responsible for the overall service delivery, safety, and cleanliness of the pool and beach areas. They will implement operational strategies, ensure staff professionalism, and maintain guest satisfaction through high-quality service. The role also involves financial oversight, inventory control, and staff training, ensuring that every element of the guest experience aligns with brand standards.
This role requires exceptional guest engagement skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of hospitality operations. The Pool & Beach Manager will also be responsible for handling guest concerns, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors.

Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years of experience in pool, beach, or recreation management in a luxury resort or hospitality setting.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and emergency procedures in outdoor environments.

Excellent organizational and financial management skills, including inventory control and cost management.
Salary $42k - $49k
