Working closely with Outlet Managers and Assistant Managers, the Outlet & Bar Manager supports performance across the entire Food & Beverage department, helps achieve financial targets, and delivers consistent operational excellence. The position involves staff development, responding to guest feedback, managing stock levels, overseeing wine and beverage standards, and supporting sister properties with bar and beverage training. It also includes planning for sales, profitability, operational improvements, and taking the lead on small departmental projects. The ideal candidate is confident operating in a remote island environment, adaptable, proactive, and experienced in high-end hospitality.

The Outlet & Bar Manager is responsible for ensuring flawless day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets while supporting the wider leadership team to optimise performance. This includes stepping in for Assistant Managers as needed, maintaining high standards of service and training, and consistently evaluating and improving the guest experience. The role manages Cellar tastings and wine costing, oversees bar stock and par levels, supports administrative processes, and contributes to learning and development for all F&B team members. Working closely with outlet leaders, the manager helps maintain strong employee relations, responds to guest feedback, and delivers small projects within agreed timelines. The position also assists outlets in planning for sales, profitability, and staffing, implements table plans to maximise covers, conducts wine and beverage classes, monitors industry trends, and leads departmental meetings to communicate updates and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

5+ years’ experience in Food & Beverage Management

Strong communication and interpersonal leadership skills
