GH Executive are seeking an experienced and brand-focused Marketing Manager for a luxury resort in St. Lucia. This role is responsible for leading all offline marketing efforts, including the creation and management of print campaigns, in-resort collateral, and public relations activities. You will work cross-functionally with key departments to drive revenue through strategic offline campaigns while ensuring consistent brand presentation across all guest touchpoints. This is a high-visibility position requiring a keen eye for design, storytelling, and premium brand delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

IYou’ll develop and oversee the execution of marketing materials such as brochures, menus, event signage, and other print assets, supporting revenue-driving initiatives across food & beverage, spa, weddings, and more. You will maintain brand integrity in all communications, manage production timelines with suppliers, and lead offline public relations efforts with media and print outlets. Internally, you'll coordinate campaign rollouts and ensure operational teams are aligned and equipped with the necessary tools for seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium retail marketing

Strong portfolio of offline brand campaigns and print collateral development

Excellent copywriting, project management, and supplier coordination skills

Proven ability to manage brand consistency across departments in a high-end environment
Salary $10,400 XCD per month
