GH Executive is seeking a Luxury Leisure Sales Manager to represent their portfolio within the U.S. tri-state area. Working remotely, the successful candidate will drive transient leisure business through strategic partnerships, proactive account management, and participation in key trade and client events.

You’ll act as the face of the brand within the North American luxury leisure market, building and nurturing relationships with high-end travel agencies, consortia partners, and key industry stakeholders to grow brand visibility and achieve annual sales targets.

The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed transient leisure revenue goals. This includes cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, and consortia within the tri-state area and across North America. The role involves representing the brand at approved trade shows, road shows, and exclusive client events, while consistently providing detailed sales reports, market insights, and performance updates to leadership. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities within the luxury leisure segment, monitor competitor activity, and ensure the brand remains positioned at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record in luxury hotel or resort leisure sales within North America.

  • Established network of high-end travel trade and consortia partners.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently as a consultant.
     

Salary $70k + excellent commission structure
