The Learning & Development Manager will develop and deliver training programs for all levels of staff to maintain the highest service standards. Working closely with department heads, the role will identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans to ensure employees have clear growth pathways. The manager will also implement strategies to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction, monitoring the outcomes of learning initiatives and adapting programs to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the Caribbean

Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service excellence standards

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills

Proven ability to implement effective training programs that drive measurable results
Salary $48K (USD) + Housing + Flights
