An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join a large-scale commercial laundry operation serving the hospitality industry in Turks & Caicos. This position is suited to an organised and hands-on supervisor with strong operational knowledge and experience managing high-volume laundry services.
Reporting to the Laundry Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the laundry and linen departments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and customer service are maintained at all times. You will supervise the laundry team, coordinate linen distribution, monitor productivity, maintain accurate records, and ensure all health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed.

The successful candidate will assist with stock control, quality assurance, equipment reporting, customer liaison, and the day-to-day supervision of laundry processes including sorting, stain treatment, washing, drying, pressing, and linen management. You will also support staff development while helping to maintain an efficient operation that delivers consistently high service standards.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years' experience working within large-scale commercial or hospitality laundry operations (essential)

Strong knowledge of commercial laundry processes, stain removal, pressing techniques, chemicals, and quality control

Experience supervising laundry teams within a fast-paced operational environment

Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills with a strong focus on health and safety
Salary $27k + Housing
