This role oversees the in-room dining operation of a large 5-star resort in St Lucia, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and luxurious service experience for guests. You will manage all aspects of the operation, from guest orders to staff supervision and quality control.

You will lead, train, and motivate the in-room dining team, ensure timely delivery of service, maintain high standards of presentation, and collaborate with other departments to provide a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 + years’ experience managing in-room dining in luxury or high-end resorts

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proven operational and service excellence in luxury hospitality

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and computer skills
     

Salary Dependent on experience
