An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced HR professional to step into an HR Manager position in St Lucia, with a clear progression path toward HR Director. This role is ideal for a candidate who is ready to take ownership of the HR function, contribute strategically to the business, and grow into a senior leadership position. Due to work permit requirements, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in St Lucia or those who hold a CARICOM Skills Certificate.

Details
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices, while working closely with senior leadership to support the organisation’s people strategy and long-term growth. You will oversee training and development initiatives, support managers with people-related matters, and ensure full compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations. This position requires a hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to balance operational HR with strategic input

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role with increasing responsibility

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation

Excellent communication and people management skills

Ambition to progress into a senior HR leadership role (HR Director level)
Salary $48-60k + package
