This role will focus on building a high-performing team, driving HR strategy, and ensuring the highest standards of staff engagement and retention. International brand exposure is a plus.

The HR Director will oversee the full spectrum of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. They will develop and implement policies that align with corporate goals and Caribbean employment laws while ensuring a strong culture of inclusion and engagement. Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, the HR Director will support workforce planning, talent development, and succession management to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce across the resort.

Qualifications/Experience:

7+ years’ HR leadership experience, with high-end luxury Caribbean resort exposure

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people management skills

Experience with international hotel brands preferred
Salary $84k(USD)+ housing + bonus + flights
