As Head of Guest Services, Planning & Events, you will take ownership of the full guest journey, from initial planning through to post-stay follow-up, ensuring every detail is seamless, thoughtful, and executed to the highest standard. Whether coordinating bespoke itineraries, managing high-end events, or overseeing day-to-day guest services, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable stays.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives under pressure, loves attention to detail, and brings both structure and creativity to luxury hospitality.

Details
You will oversee the end-to-end guest experience, managing all pre-arrival planning, guest communications, and on-island coordination to ensure every stay exceeds expectations. The role includes organising and delivering bespoke events such as private celebrations and weddings, managing guest itineraries, transfers, and activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day guest operations.
You will lead and motivate the guest services team, working closely with multiple departments to maintain exceptional service standards across the estate. The position also involves handling reservations and event planning, managing budgets and guest accounts, maintaining accurate records and systems, and delivering high levels of personalised service at all times.
Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a 5* resort or luxury property

Strong background in guest services, events, and reservations management

Highly organised, hands-on, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-facing skills with strong attention to detail
Salary $75k + Housing + Flights + Food + Insurance
