Details

You will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency. The role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with the team during service, driving standards, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. You will oversee menu development, manage kitchen performance, and maintain strong control over costs, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end or standalone restaurant

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to service

  • Ability to deliver consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience managing kitchen operations, costs, and team performance
     

​Salary $80 - 90k
