The role would suit a chef with experience on private yachts or within ultra-high-net-worth environments, who is comfortable delivering refined, bespoke dining with discretion and flexibility.

You will be responsible for the full culinary operation of the private estate, including menu planning, sourcing premium ingredients, and delivering personalised dining experiences tailored to the preferences of owners and guests. The role involves managing kitchen operations independently, maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards, controlling costs, and adapting menus to suit a dynamic and ever-changing environment while ensuring absolute privacy and professionalism.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

  • Background in private yachts, villas, or UHNW environments

  • High level of discretion and adaptability

  • Strong organisational and culinary leadership skills
     

Salary $60k+ housing + flights + service charge
