An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a luxury Caribbean resort. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to progress into senior resort leadership, with the successful candidate expected to step into the Resort Manager role during periods of leave, providing valuable operational exposure and a clear pathway for career advancement.
Reporting into senior management, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, Concierge, Butler Team, Tour Desk, Spa, and Watersports departments, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through to departure. With a particular focus on Front Office and Concierge operations, you will lead department managers, drive service excellence, and ensure the smooth delivery of resort operations across multiple guest-facing areas.

You will be responsible for leading multicultural teams, supporting operational performance, resolving guest concerns, maintaining luxury service standards, and collaborating closely with department heads to deliver an outstanding guest experience. The role requires a proactive, hands-on manager who is comfortable making decisions, leading from the front, and supporting wider resort operations when required.

Qualifications/Experience:

Strong Front Office and Concierge management experience

Advanced knowledge of OPERA (essential)

Previous Rooms Division experience is advantageous

Please note: Previous Caribbean hospitality experience is strongly preferred, with experience leading multicultural teams highly desirable.
