As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the Food & Beverage department with confidence, warmth, and strong operational focus. You will be responsible for setting service standards, driving exceptional guest interaction, and creating memorable dining and social experiences that feel personal, intuitive, and effortlessly executed.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people development with commercial responsibility. You will oversee stock and cost controls, manage financial performance, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the island. The role suits a dynamic, people-led manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ experience in luxury or high-end Food & Beverage management, with proven leadership responsibility

Strong people management skills with a hands-on, service-driven leadership style

Extensive knowledge of beverage service, cost control, and inventory management (WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

Excellent organisational, financial, and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Salary $65k + housing + flights + food
