An exciting opportunity to join a leading luxury property management company in the Turks & Caicos Islands, overseeing the maintenance and operational performance of a portfolio of high-end private villas and estates.

As Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance programmes, oversee property improvement projects, and ensure all residences are maintained to the highest standards for owners and guests. Working closely with owners, house teams, concierge, and contractors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional property management services while maintaining operational efficiency and cost control.

You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across multiple luxury properties, coordinating projects and renovations, overseeing budgets and procurement, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining the smooth operation of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, and utilities..

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Assistant Chief Engineer within a luxury hospitality or high-end residential environment

  • 3 +years' experience managing maintenance operations, projects, and teams

  • Experience working with luxury properties and UHNW clients

  • Island experience is essential, with remote island experience highly advantageous
     

Salary $82k + Service Charge + Performance Bonus
