Details

You will oversee all pastry production, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency across all outlets. The role involves leading and developing the pastry team, designing seasonal menus, and maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the wider culinary team to enhance the overall guest dining experience while managing costs and performance.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Head Pastry Chef in a luxury environment

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • High level of creativity with attention to detail

  • Experience managing multi-outlet pastry operations
     

​Salary $60 - 72k + Housing + Flights + Medical + Vehicle
