As an Executive Chef with GH Executive, you will be at the forefront of culinary innovation, directing kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences in diverse island settings.

As the Executive Chef, you will demonstrate effective prioritisation, organisation, and delegation skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our culinary department. You will assess the training needs of our staff and provide guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications/experience:

  • 2+ years experience in luxury hotels/restaurants.

  • Culinary department or culinary degree.

  • Ability to plan menus and develop recipes.

  • Caribbean experience is a plus



Salary $70-80k + Housing
