This role is responsible for delivering a seamless year-round experience for homeowners and guests while ensuring the Estate operates to the highest standards across service, presentation, maintenance, and team leadership.

Acting as the key point of contact for homeowners and guests, the Estate Manager will lead and manage the Estate team, implement bespoke SOPs, oversee guest stays and events, and ensure all operational departments work cohesively to deliver a personalised luxury experience. The role also includes budget management, cost control, asset maintenance coordination, and collaboration with wider island teams to create exceptional tailored experiences while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards across the Estate.
Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience managing luxury private estates, villas, boutique resorts, or UHNW properties

Strong leadership and operational management experience within luxury hospitality environments

Financial management and budgeting experience with strong cost-control awareness

Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail and guest service standards
Salary $90–100k USD + accommodation + flights + food allowance
