You’ll manage a skilled team overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance. You’ll be responsible for implementing energy-saving initiatives, managing budgets and service contracts, and ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. The role also includes supporting renovation and upgrade projects aligned with resort strategy.

Qualifications/Experience:

Engineering degree or technical qualification

5+ years in a senior engineering role within hospitality

Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams

Strong understanding of compliance, sustainability, and maintenance systems
Salary $60-72k + Housing + Flights + Vehicle + Medical Insurance
