The Director of Spa and Wellness will oversee all aspects of spa, fitness, and wellness operations, focusing on excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction. They will strategically plan and implement initiatives to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets, manage budgets, and optimize overall performance. The role includes developing and growing retail sales through effective marketing, training, and consistent monitoring, as well as collaborating with sales, marketing, and PR teams to promote spa and wellness experiences both on and off island. The successful candidate will integrate wellness into the wider guest journey, monitor industry trends, and adapt offerings accordingly, while maintaining an immaculately presented facility and a motivated, high-performing team.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ senior leadership experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.

Strong business acumen with proven success in revenue growth and budget management.

Exceptional leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

In-depth understanding of spa, wellness, and holistic modalities with a passion for guest experience.
Salary EC$108,000 (USD $40k) + housing + flights + vehicle + food
