You will lead all People & Culture functions across the resort, overseeing recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies while fostering a people-first culture. The role includes managing employee relations, compliance, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives, as well as acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.

Qualifications/Experience:

Senior HR leadership experience within luxury hospitality

Strong knowledge of employment legislation
