GH Executive is seeking A remote luxury island resort in the Maldives is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Director of Food & Beverage to oversee and elevate all aspects of F&B operations. The resort includes 180 guest rooms and villas, supported by eight diverse dining outlets. This leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, profitability, and innovation across the department while maintaining high operational standards in a multi-national team environment.

You will take full ownership of the F&B division, leading all operational, financial, and guest experience initiatives. You'll create and implement budgets, cost-control strategies, and marketing promotions to maximise outlet performance. Maintaining exceptional service standards, driving team engagement, and delivering memorable guest experiences are core to your role. You will oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and scheduling, ensuring service delivery is consistent and tailored to a global clientele. Close collaboration with the Executive Chef and other department heads is essential to maintain quality, address challenges, and develop innovative dining concepts. You will be a visible leader, handling guest feedback, maintaining a strong public profile, and fostering a motivated and culturally sensitive team environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience as Director of F&B or 4+ years in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; professional certification required for visa processing

  • Strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage budgets, cost control, and revenue generation

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a hands-on, guest-centric approach
     

Salary $48k + housing + food + flights
