You’ll play a crucial role in analysing costs and supporting budget adherence across key departments such as F&B and Housekeeping. You will track and analyse daily inventory movements, review vendor pricing, and ensure all cost-related procedures meet company standards. You’ll work closely with purchasing, accounting, and operations to minimise waste, control expenses, and support data-driven financial planning. Your reports will feed into leadership decisions and ensure transparency across all resort spending.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 2+ years in cost control within hospitality

  • Proficiency with inventory and procurement systems

  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised approach
     

Salary $36k + Housing + Flights + Vehicle + Medical Insurance
