We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Cost Controller to take ownership of cost control, stock, and purchasing oversight within a fast-paced hospitality environment in Grenada. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes that keep an operation running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with operations and finance to keep costs on track, stock under control, and purchasing aligned with budgets. It’s a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and confident in a hands-on, operational finance role.

Details

You’ll be responsible for monitoring costs across departments, managing stock control processes, checking invoices and deliveries, and ensuring purchasing follows agreed procedures and budgets. The role includes preparing cost reports, supporting audits and month-end processes, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with management to improve cost efficiency and financial control.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a cost control or finance-related role within hospitality or a similar environment

  • Strong attention to detail with confidence working with numbers and reports

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced operational setting

  • Experience working internationally or in remote locations is an advantage
     

​Salary $30k + flights + housing + medical
