You will track and analyse daily inventory movements, review vendor pricing, and ensure all cost-related procedures meet company standards. You’ll work closely with purchasing, accounting, and operations to minimise waste, control expenses, and support data-driven financial planning. Your reports will feed into leadership decisions and ensure transparency across all resort spending.

Qualifications/Experience:

2+ years in cost control within hospitality

Proficiency with inventory and procurement systems

Excellent Excel and reporting skills

Detail-oriented and highly organised approach
