You’ll oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, lead and develop the culinary team, and maintain the highest food safety standards. You’ll create seasonal menus, source premium ingredients, and ensure every dish aligns with the resort’s luxury brand. Collaboration with F&B and Events teams will be key, along with driving consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Formal culinary training and at least 5 years in Italian cuisine

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or resort

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Italian ingredients and techniques
     

Salary $48k + Housing + Flights + Vehicle + Medical Insurance
