This role manages seven bars within a Forbes-rated 5-star resort in St Lucia, delivering exceptional beverage service across a variety of outlets. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences, driving quality standards, and ensuring smooth bar operations across multiple locations.

You will lead and motivate a team of bartenders, oversee beverage inventory and cost control, and implement innovative cocktail programs that align with the resort’s luxury standards. Strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and guest engagement are central to the role.

Qualifications/Experience:

5 years’+ experience managing bars in luxury or high-end resorts

Strong leadership and team development skills

Extensive knowledge of beverage service, mixology, and cost control
