GH Executive is seeking a highly skilled and creative Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations and beverage programs on property. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Bar Manager will lead a dedicated team to deliver innovative cocktail creations and exceptional service in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to elevate the resort’s beverage offerings, creating unforgettable moments for guests in a picturesque island setting. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bars, from staff training and beverage menu development to cost control and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for mixology, attention to detail, and the ability to create a lively and engaging atmosphere for guests.

The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar operations and beverage programs across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. This role involves developing innovative beverage menus, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits, while managing inventory, cost control, and adherence to budget guidelines. The manager trains, mentors, and motivates the bar team to deliver service in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence. Additionally, the Bar Manager collaborates closely with the culinary and events teams to enhance guest offerings, including themed events and private functions, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in bar or beverage management within a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.

  • Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and the ability to implement them in daily operations.

  • Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
     

Salary $42k + Housing + Flights + Health Insurance
