The property hosts exclusive island buyouts, individual stays, and large-scale events, creating highly personalised experiences where guests feel instantly at ease and genuinely welcomed.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the Food & Beverage operation across all service areas. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on developing and motivating the team, delivering exceptional service standards, and ensuring seamless guest interaction throughout the guest journey.

You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting stock and cost controls, and working closely with other departments to deliver memorable, well-executed experiences. The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with confidence and warmth, and takes pride in creating moments that guests will remember long after they leave.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in luxury or high-end Food & Beverage management, with proven leadership responsibility

  • Strong people management skills with a hands-on, service-driven leadership style

  • Extensive knowledge of beverage service, cost control, and inventory management (WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

  • Excellent organisational, financial, and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
     

Salary $43k + housing + flights + food
