GH Executive are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Maintenance Leader - Field Operations to join our boutique luxury resort in the Caribbean. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the resort’s buildings, plant, distribution systems, and machinery. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of functionality, safety, and reliability while contributing directly to guest satisfaction, profitability, and the resort’s strong reputation.

Working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Senior Leader, you will oversee inspections, supervise staff deployment, and recommend improvements to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure. This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership skills, as you will guide and mentor your team to uphold the resort’s high service and maintenance standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in maintenance operations within luxury hospitality. You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance long-term planning with the ability to respond quickly to day-to-day operational needs. Candidates already based within the Caribbean are strongly preferred.

Qualifications/Experience:

Certification in a technical area or trade related to maintenance

Associate’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field

Experience working in the Caribbean region

Experience in the maintenance department of a 4- or 5-star resort
Salary $52-86k(XCD) net + housing + flights + insurance
