The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist in overseeing all F&B outlets, including restaurants, lounges, banquets, and room service. They will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction, efficient service, and profitability. This includes responsibilities such as staff training, inventory control, cost analysis, marketing initiatives, and operational strategy implementation.
 

They will also manage guest relations, staff development, and quality assurance, ensuring that all food and beverage operations align with the resort’s brand standards and service excellence goals.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management within a luxury resort or high-end dining environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to maintain profitability.

  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills to enhance the overall dining experience.
     

Salary $47k - $57k
