You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while supporting the Director of Finance in daily operations. You’ll monitor compliance with internal controls, manage audits, and help implement financial strategies. Working across departments, you will provide insights to drive revenue and manage costs efficiently, contributing directly to the resort’s financial success.

Qualifications/Experience:

3+ years in a senior hospitality finance role

Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and internal controls

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
