You will support the Director of Engineering in overseeing all maintenance operations across the resort, ensuring preventative maintenance programmes are consistently delivered and all systems remain fully operational. The role involves leading and developing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and supporting capital projects, refurbishments, and sustainability initiatives while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
